As of this afternoon I counted ten pea seedling popping up through the soil. Today I dried some horehound, parsley, made some peppermint tea, and I have spearmint and lemon thyme strung up now.
Mom Cook, Naomi and I finished pruning the last two apple trees, and we got more canning jars from Mr. Eagle.
I picked rhubarb to can for pies and harvested asparagus. I feel very earthy-homesteady today. 🙂
